Products purchased through our website can be Replaced within 7 days if buyer find that received product In-transit Damaged or wrong /Incompatible item shipped to them. Product returned should not be in used condition or should not have any wear & tear marks. Replacement of same model will be couriered to customer after getting returned unit in our warehouse. Return shipping cost will be reimbursed to customer in case RTO is not possible from our end.
If Customer feels that he/she have placed the order by mistake or change mind after placing the order, you can cancel your order any time before dispatch ( Next day Max by 10 AM ) by sending whatsapp msg/contact us on our support nos- 9871555106. Order will be cancelled immediately and refund will be initiated and should reflect in your original mode of payment in 5-7days time depending on your bank.
If product is already shipped, in that case customer need to reject the delivery and once product return back to our warehouse, then only refund will be initiated after deducting 2 side freight charges.
Refund or Return not possible , if buyer wants to return without any valid reason/dislike , as per their convenience or stating false information.
