If Customer feels that he/she has placed the order by mistake or change mind after placing the order, customer can cancel order before dispatch ( Next day Max by 10.30 AM ) by sending WhatsApp msg on our support nos- 9871555106. Order will be cancelled immediately, and Full refund will be initiated which should reflect in your original mode of payment in 5-7days time depending on your bank.
If product is already shipped, in that case customer need to reject the delivery at their end or send it back . Once product return back to our warehouse in its original condition then only refund will be initiated after Deducting Forward, Backward (RTO) Courier charges + Bank/Payment Aggregator charges of Payment /refund processing Fees . No further information against these Deduction will be shared. Refund Process will take 5-10 Days ( as per Payment/Bank timeline).
Refund or Return Not possible in any circumstances post delivery or if buyer wants to return without any valid reason/dislike, as per their convenience or stating false information.
Typecase does not offer a Return Policy once the product shipped/delivered/opened but Our Team could exceptionally consider genuine return request Provided customer not sharing false /wrong information. Refund of Cancellation is only possible before products shipped.
In case a product reflects a technical issue, one can raise a replacement request within 7 days of the order delivery. A fresh replacement will be dispatched to the customer. This will be provided post physical examination of the product and if there is no issue found, same unit model/color will be dispatched.
If a ticket is raised post 7 days of delivery and within the warranty period, product is replaced with an equivalent condition product, post testing.
In case of product replacement within the warranty period, if the product is out of stock (color/variant), an alternate product with equivalent price will be offered and warranty will continue as per the previous product purchase date.
If your order is damaged/wrong/ has accessories missing on delivery, please raise a complaint within 24 business hours from the time of delivery.

Attention: If the packaging of your order seems to have been tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to take the order.
Attention regarding wrong product received: If the ordered product is completely different, it will be considered as wrong product. Customer need to send it back & bear shipping cost. Under no condition a refund or replacement will be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, color quality.
Products purchased through our website can be Replaced within 7 days if buyer find that received product In-transit Damaged or wrong /Incompatible item shipped to them. Product returned should not be in used condition or should not have any wear & tear marks. Replacement of similar model will be couriered to customer after getting returned unit in our warehouse. Return shipping cost will be reimbursed to customer in case RTO is not possible from our end.
