Refunds/Cancellation Policy

We appreciate the faith you have in Typecase. We require the highest standards for secure transactions and customer information privacy as a result. Please read the statement below to learn more about our collection and dissemination methods. Please Note: This shall govern our policies to give our clients the best services possible. Moreover, the privacy policy will be updated regularly to reflect this. We ask that you periodically review our policy to keep up with any changes. Your express agreement to our use and dissemination of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy is given when you accept the Privacy Policy upon registration.

Typecase appreciates your business and your purchases from us. For your kind reference, the information regarding shipping and delivery of the goods purchased from Typecase's official website is provided below.

Delivery Timeline Policy: We ship our products all over India. Once the order is processed after the payment, the minimum time required to deliver the product is 2 days, and the maximum time required for the product is 10 days after the order is placed. The duration for the delivery of the product depends on the location of the client. We request you to please check the pin code to determine the serviceable delivery area. There are no other fees that may apply. Delivery delays could be caused by unavailable stock or technological problems that weren't considered when determining the shipment date(s). Your order's booking day is considered day 0.

In most cases, our enlisted third-party courier and logistics support provider or India Post services will deliver your order during reasonable business hours from Monday through Saturday. A national holiday or any other unforeseen event beyond Typecase's control or the contracted third-party courier and logistics support providers may result in extra delays.

Returns and Exchange Policy: Typecase attempts to fulfill customer orders following the specifications and delivery schedules listed next to each product. We ask that you verify the item and any accessories before accepting delivery as per company policy. Please notify us of any differences before accepting delivery if there are any. After the merchandise has been accepted for delivery, Typecase will not accept any requests for returns or refunds.If the customer receives a product with a manufacturing defect, they must inform Typecase immediately. We will provide them with a replacement within 7 days. The customers must note that we do not accept any returns. We will exchange the faulty products, but no returns are accepted.

Cancellation Policy: If due, for any reason, the customer decides to cancel the order; they can do the same on the website. On hand-to-hand cancellation, the person will receive instant money in their bank account, or they will receive the amount paid within 7 days refund after receiving the product (only business days are counted).

Cash On Delivery: We do not currently accept orders for cash on delivery. We only accept orders for which the customers make online payments. To reduce the chance of the corona virus spreading and to ensure the practise of social isolation, we have temporarily halted the Cash On Delivery payment option.
